It’s a habit I learned in the military and one I’ll probably never break. Cleaning isn’t just maintenance; it’s an opportunity to inspect, lubricate, and ensure everything is ready for the next trip to the range.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>The Safariland 6360RDS for my Glock 19 and X300 has been one of the most reliable pieces of gear I own. The retention is solid, the draw is consistent, and it keeps the pistol secure during movement and training. It’s not the lightest setup, but it’s a setup I trust every time</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Recently picked up the PACT Club Timer III, and it’s been a great addition to my training. The random delay and par-time functions force me to react instead of anticipate the beep. Whether I’m working draws, reloads, or target transitions, it keeps me honest and gives me measurable feedback. One of the best training tools I’ve added this year.</image:caption>

      <image:title>PERSONAL GEAR</image:title>
      <image:caption>Over the years, I’ve used everything from cheap hearing protection to high-end Peltors. Most of the time, I’ll run my Walker’s electronic ear pro by itself or foam earplugs by themselves, depending on what I’m doing. Deliberate or dynamic sometimes i often wear both. I’ve had hearing protection shift or come loose during training, and it doesn’t take much exposure to loud gunfire to remind you why protecting your hearing matters. The foam plugs underneath provide an extra layer of protection if my primary ear pro gets bumped or moves out of place. You only get one set of ears—take care of them.</image:caption>

      <image:title>PERSONAL GEAR</image:title>
      <image:caption>I picked up this Leatherman Surge from the PX at Fort Benning in 2017 while I was a trainee, and I still carry it today. Out of all the gear I’ve owned, this has probably solved more real-world problems than anything else. From quick repairs to everyday tasks, a good multitool is one of the most useful pieces of equipment you can own. Almost a decade later, it’s still going strong.</image:caption>

      <image:title>PERSONAL GEAR</image:title>
      <image:caption>I’ve carried everything from gas station knives to premium folders over the years, but I keep coming back to my Benchmade Anonimus. Simple, reliable, and always ready to work. No moving parts, no fuss—just a solid fixed blade that has earned its place in my gear.</image:caption>
    </image:image>

      <image:title>PERSONAL GEAR</image:title>
      <image:caption>I’ve tried a lot of holsters and carry positions over the years, but I keep coming back to the Tenicor VELO5 for appendix carry. It conceals well, stays comfortable throughout the day, and gives me a consistent draw when I need it. Like any setup, it takes time and practice to get comfortable with, but this one has earned a permanent spot in my everyday carry rotation. At the end of the day, the best carry setup is the one you’ll actually wear and train with.</image:caption>

      <image:title>PERSONAL GEAR</image:title>
      <image:caption>I carry both the Snake Staff Systems 1” and 1.5” EDC tourniquets because they’re compact and easy to carry every day. But I’ll never forget the Gen 7 tourniquet. It’s a proven design that has earned its reputation through years of real-world use on the battlefield and beyond. The best tourniquet is the one you actually carry—and know how to use.</image:caption>

      <image:title>PERSONAL GEAR</image:title>
      <image:caption>Loophole Systems is a Texas-based company that makes some seriously solid holsters. The fit and retention are spot on, and the Kydex is thicker than your mom’s Thanksgiving gravy. All jokes aside, the craftsmanship is outstanding. Everything feels well thought out, durable, and built to last. Easily one of the nicest holsters I’ve owned.</image:caption>
